The challenge
Our developers aimed to launch an online client portal to streamline employee admin and create an engaging platform for clients.
The problem
We needed to cater to two distinct client types, each with unique service needs, while covering numerous variable scenarios to ensure the portal accurately reflected every client’s stage in the process.
The solution
Collaborating company-wide, I strategised and structured the content to address all scenarios. I drafted the content and worked with relevant team members to ensure accuracy and approval at every stage.
The outcome
We launched the first stage of the portal for clients and have seen great feedback. There have been notably fewer admin calls and clients are much more engaged with the process.
