The challenge
Each month, I had to come up with content to keep my colleagues engaged without veering too far from our style guide (I had to veer a little, though…).
The problem
We knew that colleagues weren’t particularly engaged with the newsletter because it was too stern and business-focused.
The solution
In collaboration with the graphic designer, we decided to shake things up and introduce a more relaxed style to the newsletter. We also made sure to utilise company-wide collaboration so that everyone was involved. For example, we started a series where we took a deep dive into the life of each team.
The outcome
We received regular, fantastic feedback from colleagues detailing how much they enjoyed reading the newsletters.
