Pension Access’ digital information guide

The challenge
We were tasked with finding a way to engage and inform our clients on their pension options and our service. We had to research and present our ideas within the marketing team. My idea won. Then, the concept had to be actualised.
The problem
With a low development budget and heavy compliance monitoring, the content needed to inform our audience, who have an average reading age of 8 years old, on technical pension concepts, and engage them about our services.
The solution
My plan was to create an interactive online web page that anticipates the two questions we knew our clients were asking: what can I do with my pension and what should I do with my pension. In my copy, I also highlighted the many risks associated with pensions.
The response to these questions informed the client. The interactive website engaged the client. Highlighting the risks created a need for our services.
The outcome
Alongside our graphic designer and web developer, I planned and created the content as well as an email journey to encourage clients to sign up for our services. While the project was paused before launch, we had strong support and engagement from key stakeholders.
